Project Manager

You will be responsible for the professional planning and execution of projects in the construction industry. Your main areas of responsibility will include:
Planning and execution of technical insulation work in the field of building services or fire protection
Cost, schedule, and quality control
Calculation of quotations and monitoring of orders through to invoicing
Administrative support
Direct customer service
Management tasks (assembly personnel)

You work in the heating, ventilation, plumbing, or sheet metal industries. You are the extended arm of the entrepreneur in the company and on the construction site, ensuring that projects run smoothly. You also keep track of deadlines, make decisions within your financial authority, and lead the team to success as an active communicator.

You have a technical college degree (FH or HTL) in building services engineering
(HVAC) or are a technician HF and have practical experience in project planning, tendering, and construction site supervision for complex projects. Further training as a project manager is an advantage. You are a proactive, team-oriented individual with very good analytical skills and knowledge of the use of modern calculation and simulation tools in the field of energy. Good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CAD) round off your profile.
