Bellini Personal AG (“we” or “us”) operates the website https://www.bellini.ch/ as well as the landing pages and recruitment forms hosted on it (“Websites”). 2. Data Processing When Visiting Our Websites

When you visit our websites, information that your browser transmits to our servers is automatically collected (“server log files”). This includes, in particular:

The data is stored in our CRM system. Application data is deleted no later than six months after the conclusion of the application or recruitment process, unless longer retention is permitted with your express consent or is required by law.

5. Contract Execution

If you provide us with personal data for the purpose of executing a contract, we process this data to fulfill the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). After the contract is concluded, the data is stored in accordance with statutory retention periods and subsequently deleted.

6. Web Analytics and Audience Measurement

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited to analyze the use of our websites. Cookies are used to collect information about user behavior. IP addresses are anonymized before transmission. Data processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent via the consent banner.

Data may be transferred to the United States. This is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.

7. Marketing and Tracking Tools

All marketing and tracking technologies are activated only with your express consent.

Meta Pixel

To measure and optimize our advertising efforts, we use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. In doing so, personal data may be transmitted to Meta and also transferred to the United States.

LinkedIn Insight Tag

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag from LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company to measure conversions and statistically evaluate campaigns.

Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager is used to manage website tags. It does not store any personal data itself, but enables the loading of other tracking services.

Social Plugins

Our websites may contain plugins from social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X (formerly Twitter). These remain inactive without your consent.

Google Maps

We integrate Google Maps to display locations. In doing so, personal data (in particular IP addresses) may be transmitted to Google LLC in the United States. This use is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Google reCAPTCHA

Google reCAPTCHA may be used to protect against fraudulent entries. In doing so, technical usage data is analyzed.

Google Ads / Remarketing

If integrated, we use Google Ads and remarketing tags exclusively with your consent to measure and optimize our advertising efforts.

10. Retention Period

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by legal retention obligations. Server log files are deleted within a few weeks. Application data is deleted no later than six months after the conclusion of the process.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The version currently published on our website applies.
